Before You Book
Does the review cost anything?
No. There is no fee and no obligation to change carriers. If your current coverage is right, we will tell you that and you can go on with your day.
Do I have to switch agents?
No. Plenty of people do a review, learn what they own, and stay exactly where they are. We would rather you be well covered somewhere else than poorly covered with us.
What should I bring?
Your current declarations pages for every policy: home, auto, life, umbrella, and anything commercial. If you cannot find them, give us permission and we will request them for you.
How long does it take?
About thirty minutes for a household with two or three policies. Larger reviews with a business attached usually run closer to an hour.
Can we do it over the phone?
Yes. Phone, video call, or in person at the office, whichever is easier for you. Evening appointments are available by request.
